All bundled up in a festive blanket scarf to keep me warm and bring out some Christmas vibes…
I was strolling around downtown this weekend before heading to work and noticed all the Christmas ornaments are up and running including this dome-shaped light cage. There were many people who stopped by to snap photos so I thought why not do an OOTD?
It is actually quite chilly during the Winter when it’s NOT raining. So I don’t know which is better: rainy and warm or sunny and cold. Sometimes I do wish for rain because sunny days could get super dry to the point where my lips and hands start chapping. Regardless of whether or not it’s raining, I always think it’s necessary to wear waterproof shoes in the Winter because well…Raincouver weather…you just never know. And If you haven’t noticed, I’m going through a scarf phase right now where I’m collecting big and bright patterned scarves that could light up my dark Winter wardrobe. I purchased this one without realizing it actually has a Christmas vibe (red, green, yellow and white). I like to bundle the fabric around my neck so the Winter chills can’t get to me! I’d like to say this is the most appropriate outfit for Winter in Vancouver (I’m just missing a pair of cute mittens)!
Where to shop the outfit:
Scarf: ZARA (here)
Dress: Topshop (last year)
Coat: Aritzia (similar here)
